Leadership equipping and discipleship are extremely important to Missio Lux. The "huddle" provides the infrastructure for this to occur.
What is a huddle?
The huddle provides the primary opportunity for leadership development for Missio Lux. Missio Lux seeks to move through a process of leadership development in order to grow and equip leaders for the kingdom of God.
The huddle has three purposes:
1. Connect
2. Equip
3. Communicate

Huddles are meant for Missio Lux Jesus followers
A place to give and receive encouragement and accountability
Purpose to build spiritual maturity and skill as leaders
Multiplies over time as huddle reproduce
For up to 12 people, usually fewer
For a season, not forever
Accessed by invitation from the leader
Relaxed and fun
Honest and Open
Who attends the huddle?
Every missio community should have someone who attends a huddle. The representative can be the Catalyst or another who desires to grow as a Jesus follower and is willing to bring back the specific areas that are communicated in the huddle to their Missio Community.
Information about huddles:
Currently a huddle is meeting in Sammamish twice a month on Wednesday evenings. Other Catalysts that are not in the Seattle area are huddled at a distance through phonecalls and internet connections.
